I think splogs are the bane of bloggers, so I do not give blanket permission for the commercial reuse of my content. If you can find a commercial use for my content, let me know and I should give you permission.

The copyright of any text written by anyone else including comments is owned by the author, so you will need to ask them before making use of it.

All photographs, except those of an identifiable person are available to be used under Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License. As the photographs of identifiable people are generally friends on mine, I rather not have those photographs turning up in odd places, so if you want to use those photographs either contact me for permission or modify the photo so the person is not identifiable. Then and only then is it available under a Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License. The exception is the guitar murdering Joe Algeri, who will be quite happy to have his antics spread across the web so that photos is also available under a Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License

The PHP is almost pure WordPress and a slightly modified Kubrick theme, the flash replacement javascript is Geoff Stearn’s swfobject, which leaves the CSS and a few lines of javascript used to resize the font and therefore page size relative to browser width and the stylesheet, which is under a Creative Commons ShareAlike 2.5 License. I expect people to pull it apart have a look how it works and put it back together in there own way.
