Joe Clark in Target’s corner?

If you are not aware, the National Fed­er­a­tion of the Blind is tak­ing Tar­get to court in the US over access­ib­il­ity of Target.com (this has big implic­a­tions, as I under­stand the e-commerce engine used by Target.com is the Amazon engine).

I have been watch­ing this case with interest and was read­ing Joe Clark’s inter­pret­a­tion of the latest decision, when I saw:

the nondis­clos­ure agree­ment I entered into with Target

Joe Clark in the pay of Tar­get? This should be good news, because hope­fully it means Tar­get (and hope­fully oth­ers) are tak­ing access­ib­il­ity seriously.

    No, no, no. I signed an NDA, some­thing I do spar­ingly. I didn’t sub­mit a bid and I totally haven’t got­ten paid by Tar­get (or NFB, for that matter).
