This week’s plan

Nothing planned, I have no idea of what is happening with my body right now.

Monday

Rest day

Tuesday

Results of blood test and ECG, everything is good. Prescribe drugs to help with vertigo.

Managed 2km run with dogs

Wednesday

Another rest day, vertigo was not good.

Thursday

Picked up in the afternoon, so 3km beach run with dogs.

Friday

Feeling better, out on the bike intention was high torque efforts 3 by 10 at tempo. First two intervals went well, so add extra interval and increased it to sweetspot. Third interval went so well, rolled into fourth with no rest. Very happy with the results.

Saturday

Went for an easier ride 90 minutes endurance on gravel bike . Went to finish the day off with a beach run, which lasted under two minutes. Legs were tired.

Sunday

Rest day

Weekly totals

  • 3 hours bike, 45 minutes high torque
  • 40 minutes running

Next week

Would like to return to the usual

  • two intensity day, race on Sunday
  • one three hour endurance rides
  • one or two short endurance rides.
  • two weight training sessions.
  • one yoga class.

With one of the short endurance rides to include high torque efforts.
